可删去body，health即可；
make改成help，make表示“让”，语气僵硬；

有语法错误，楼上修改后的句子也有语法错误。
如果尽量保留你的语言习惯，只修改语法错误：
There are three reasons, stated as follows, that can be accountable for it.
但是，就算这样修改了句中的语法错误，这个句子仍然不太好。因为，第一，句尾的it指代不明确，除非你在前一句非常清晰的指出，it到底是什么。在it有明确指代的情况下，你就相当于写了2个句子--一个是你的观点，一个是上述的这句话--这样岂不是太啰嗦了？完全可以用一个非限从句概括你这句话；第二，如果你用的是两句话，用that can be accountable for it--不如直接说that account for it--注意写作时尽量多用主动语态，少用被动语态；多用动词，少用形容词；第三，stated as follows没有实际意义（“我认为xxx怎么样，有三个原因，1.2.3”多说一句，“有3个原因，接下来我会讲到”岂不是啰嗦）可以直接去掉---但是，考虑到 “there are”这个结构也要尽量少用（不出彩，可以用，但是用得太多作文的水平就上不去）可以说Stated as follows are three reasons that account for xxxxxx.第四，已经提到，控制there be 句型的使用，如果实在想用，先看能不能用stand, exist等动词替代be动词。
所以，这句话可以直接写成：I think xxxxx, and there are three reasons that account for it. 或者Stated as follows are three reasons that account for xxxxxx. 当然还有其他可能的写法，在这里不一一列举。

  What is worthy to be highlighted is that we must insist on our opinion.
或：What is worth highlighting is that we must insist on our opinion.
中文意思：值得强调的是我们必须坚持自己的观点。

第一句can已经是动词，后面的help不能再加 s.
第二句虽然很瘪嘴，但是勉强算没有语法错误，就是啰嗦又不顺。最好是说：
Only with enough knowledge can he help others with facility. This can also make the expert even more professional.
第三句，减to, met 不能是过去式要改成 meets, no matter 后面要加how
His zeal can help him get along well with everybody he meets, no matter how bad-tempered they are.
第四句如果expert指的是“专家”的意思，要说Politeness is essential to experts 或 Politeness is essential to an expert。 也就是要么前面加a为单数、要么后面加s为双数。如果你是想说“专业”的话，要改成：Politeness is essential to be professional.

[1]句子结构不动，让[good at]做something 的定语。其完整结构其实是[be good at]是一个谓语加介词的结构。那么如果你想后置的话，可以写一个定语从句。
   【Do you have something that you are good at?】
[2]而事实上这句话没有必要这样说，比较常见的表达方式是：
   【Are you good at something?】  意思是一模一样的。
