Plying is not wasting time, as some think. It gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. Which tends to be stifled by too much study. Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. I do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. I do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

2.Protecting the Environment-保护环境 
 
Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence. 
     The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will become better and better.

The importance of English rests with the language being used in most countries in the world as a communicating tool. For example, a German and a Chinese can't speak opposite side's language, but they both know English. And then there is no problem between their language communication. We must know the importance and learn the language earnestly. 
The key to learn English well is to recite words. Words are the bricks of language building.Only keeping them in our mind, can we master them. To learn English well,we need to listen more English broadcast and contact with more foreingers so that we can practise our listening comprehansion.   Our English teacher, Ms Huang, came to our school in 1970. She has been an English teacher for more than 30 years. She works hard and has been a model teacher for many years.

 Different people have different views on reading. It is held that one should read selectively. But it is also held that one should read extensively.  
   Those who hold the first opinion think one's time and energy are limited and one can never read as many hooks as he wishes. In contrast, those who 
hold the second view think that to know the world from all perspectives one should absorb a variety of knowledge by reading extensively. As to me, I agree with the furmer opinion. Admittedly, one can 

absorb more knowledge by reading extensively, but this doesn't follow that one should read without discrimination. As one's time and energy are limited, one should devote his limited time and energy to reading relevant and beneficial books. It's a waste of time to read irrelevant books. Furthermore, some books are harmful. If we don't read books selectively, we will be led astray by harmful books.

7.劳逸结合Fatigue and Rest  
Fatigue and Rest Scientists have made an interesting experiment about fatigue. When a muscle in the body works, it produces lactic acid, and it is this lactic that makes the muscle tired. Fatigue is not just a chemical process, it is also a biological process.  
We can't just "remove" fatigue;we must allow the cells of the body to rest. Damages must be repaired, nerve cells of the brain must be "recharged," the joints of the body must replace used up lubricants. Sleep will always be necessary as a way of restoring the body' s energy after fatigue. However, a person who has been working hard at his desk for hours may not want to lie down at all when he is tired. He'd rather take a walk! 
Or when children come home from school they want to run out to play... not to lie down and rest. The reason is that if only a certain part of the body is tried the best way to make that part feel fresh again is to make other parts of the body active! We can actually rest by means of activity. Of course, if you are totally exhausted, the best thing to do is to go to sleep!

Nowadays, with science and economy  improving fast, a mass of internet bars appear.   We almost can’t find a street without internet bar. Obviously, more and more adults are addicted to internet bars.However,their parents have no ability to solve the problem.
