程黎明教授提出并始终坚持“微创化手术、全过程康复、精细化护理”的现代脊柱外科理念,一切以病人需求为中心,构建了“外科与康复一体化”的国际领先脊柱专科模式。为脊柱脊髓损伤的病患提供高水平“伤椎置钉、伤椎增强”等新技术,给所有病人提供全过程康复。 全面开展国内领先的“显微颈椎前路手术、可扩张通道/固定通道下MIS-TLIF、经皮内镜椎间盘手术、经皮椎弓根螺钉胸腰椎骨折复位术、老年骨质疏松性骨折PKP术”等系列脊柱微创手术。科室提供专业化脊柱脊髓康复和人性化优质护理服务,获得了来自全国各地患者的好评。 先后入选2002年“上海市医苑新星”、2006年“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、2012年“上海市优秀学科带头人计划”、2013年“上海市卫生局新百人计划”、2015年“国家级百千万人才工程国家级人选 ”、“国家有突出贡献中青年专家”、“上海市领军人才”等人才培养计划; 主持国际科技合作项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等16项,科研经费达千万元。发表论文100余篇,其中《Cell》、《Nature Medicine》、《Nature》、《Cell Stem Cell》等SCI、EI收录论文30余篇,中华期刊30余篇;主编著作2部,参编著作8部。获得上海市科技进步奖一、二等奖、上海市医学科技奖一、三等奖、上海市优秀发明选拔赛金奖、军队临床医疗成果奖等10余项省部级奖励。

程黎明,安徽桐城市人,医学博士,主任医师,教授,博士生导师。现任同济大学附属同济医院副院长、医学科学研究所所长;大外科主任、骨科主任、脊柱外科主任、同济大学脊柱脊髓损伤研究所所长。在脊柱脊髓损伤综合治疗、重度颈椎病、复杂椎管狭窄等脊柱疾病微创手术治疗方面独具特色。
