回顾一下我英语学习的历程，对我影响比较大的学习方法主要是李阳.克立兹的疯狂突破和钟道隆的逆向法。当然还有一些其他的方法，象翱翔英语，武藏式英语(以前看的一本日本人自学英语的书)等等,但都没有前两种来的深刻。所以我想在这里和大家主要介绍一下这两种: 
李阳老师的疯狂英语我想大家应该都已经比较熟悉了吧.我呢,自己就是亲善大使,所以对这套方法是比较了解的.应该说,在我接触李阳.克立兹之前,我的英语学习方法是出于一种完全混沌的状态,完全是学校里传统的学习方式,那时虽然我日夜苦读,可是总感觉英语水平没有什么实质性的突破,当时我还在考上外的英语自学考试,又不敢放松,就觉得阅读还过得去,口语和听力几乎是零.当时的确是处于一种极其痛苦的徘徊状态.有多少次要放弃学习英语的念头连我自己都数不清了.后来一次看报的时候读到了李阳.克立兹的介绍,大概是道出了我学习英语的痛苦吧,共鸣感极其强烈.当下就汇款邮了两本教材,当时收到教材后简直是如获至宝,把两本黑白小册子都快翻烂了,几乎每天都要读上一遍,18张卡片上的内容真的重复了有一百遍之多,当时每张卡片上的每一句话都能脱口而出,后来我在公司里第一次作翻译的时候,才真正感到卡片上句子看似简单,但在实际生活中出现的频率是很高的. 
李阳.克立兹这两年的运作应该说是比较成功的,全国很多英语学习者都有所耳闻,很多人也从中受益不少.现在也有不少人指责李阳.克立兹是一种商业炒作,华而不实.我想作为一名使用者在这里谈谈我的一些看法: 
首先我认为李阳.克立兹的疯狂英语并不能称之为一套绝对理想的,完整的学习方法.李阳在教材里的有些话的确是有些言过其实的.但我觉得我们并不能因为他的不甚完整就全盘否定,视而不见他优秀的,发光的地方.应该说每一种学习方法都有其优缺点,我们应该用自己的头脑取长补短,真对自己的实际情况对症下药.我觉得把李阳.克立兹理解成是一种突破口,一种突破方法是很合适的,尤其是在口语方面.李阳老师所提出的"三最口腔训练","一口气训练法"等等,我都进行了刻苦认真的练习,应该说效果还是很明显的,的确使自己在说英语时嘴巴顺溜多了。 
"恒心和毅力是成功的必要条件。"写下这句话后，我觉得这句话空空如野，有种不说白不说，说了也白说的感觉。就象英语中所说的CLICHé，说的人多了，也就没什么感觉了。大家也就是听听说说而已，真正实施的有几人呢？ 
首先"什么是成功？成功的标准和定义如何来界定呢？如果说成功意味着财富和地位，那么要赚到多少钱，爬到什么位子才算是成功了呢？的确，有很多问题值得用我们的一生来追问。我现在只是想把问题简化一下，对我们千百万英语学习者来说，"什么是成功？"，成功就是把英语学到家，掌握英语，利用英语，使英语成为我们获取信息，工作学习，娱乐休闲的工具，真正成为英语的主人。可是谈何容易啊！ 
有的朋友一定要问：看你说的这么好听，你自己的英语水平有多高呢？实话告诉大家，我自己本来也就是一小中专生，读的是机电专业，没有受到过正规的全日制高等教育，更没有上过什么名牌大学，自己现在的一点所学完全是自己在毕业后工作过程中自学而来的。虽然通过自己的不懈努力也获得了相应的文凭，但与科班出身，名师指导的毕竟是有一定差距的。我相信现在看我这篇独白的朋友中会有很多是，或者曾经是天之骄子，有着至今都令我十分羡慕的大学生活，你们的英语水平一定要比我高出许多，我不是什么假谦虚，从很多朋友的英语来信中，可以看出有不少朋友对英语的潜词造句已经达到了娴熟的程度，"那你还在这里东拉西扯些什么？"有朋友"厉声"质问道。大家不要误会，我只是觉得这几年的自学过程中我的英语的确有了很大的提高，有关英语学习方法的事情也一直在借鉴，总结和探索。其中有些方法经过亲身体验后有了一些自己的想法，所以也就不知天高地厚的写了出来，目的主要有两个：一是想和大家分享一下自己的学习经验；二是想起到抛砖引玉的作用。大家可以给我来信，共同探讨英语学习方面的任何问题，最好您可以把自己在英语学习上的心得总结一下，不必求大而全，能够写出自己对某一点的看法就很不错的。比方说对单词记忆，对口语练习，对英语角，对英语教材等等方面的看法和感受。我也准备在这个英语学习方法的栏目中刊登出大家的来信，我自己的方法只是一家之言，大家共同的学习心得才是最宝贵的。有些英语杂志上刊登出来的一些大牌教授的方法指导固然很好，但我看了总觉得太过于概括，没有具体的操作过程，而且多数文章雷同，大概是官样文章写多了吧^_^。所以我希望能够收到您信任的来信，共同探讨英语学习的问题，也希望我们的感受能使我们成为共识的朋友。

This term I  learned  a lot ,and I have some  problems   I   fell  nervous    when  facing  this  language    and   I   did   bad   in  listening    .I    can  not    imprive   my   oral   English    and   I   find    it  difficult   to   communicate      with     my   classmates    in    English    .
About  it   I  thought  a   lot  .Firstly   like   Chinese  English   is   a  language    So  I  need  to   practice   speaking   English  as  often  as   possible   .Secongly   I  should   watch   English  movies    ,for   this   is   a  very   useful   way   to  improve   my  listening  ability     .Thirdly  I   should  brave   enough    to   speak   English   to  others.

3. 学习英语的心得

首先应从单词发音、意思入手，会发音你就会交流，懂意思你就会阅读。所以你见到单词就要大声读，当然要读的准。你现在应从简单的单词入手，从一些身边的事物的英语单词入手，记得它的意思，现在还不要求你背它的拼写，记住它的发音和意思就可以了。
然后是句型，从简单的句型入手，多读，多见不同的句型。但你积累了一些简单的单词，学习单词与句型就应该同步学习，学习单词，不光要知道它怎么发音，什么意思，还要知道它怎么用，所以要看它在句子中是怎么用的，这样就是学以致用。不应该是为了单词而学，而是为了用才学，所以要重视句子。你要多背些句型，背熟了，用的时候，把说的内容套上去就是了。
句型见得多了，就要阅读，一定要先从简单的入手，从简单到难，从短到长，最好是读一些自己感兴趣的读物。见到不会的单词就要记下来，记一记。
听力是十分重要的，练听力其实是与学习单词、句型、阅读同步的，先听单词，后句子，再听范文朗读。
学英语就是这样通过上面的步骤一步一步地学的，学英语最重要的是要打好基础，千里之行，始于足下，一步一步地走，这样才是学英语的方法。

词汇
词汇是学好英语的关键，没有足够的词汇就无从谈起听、说、读、写。 词汇量的大小决定一个学生英语水平的高低。因此在初中阶段除要掌握《大 纲》要求的800多词汇外，还要扩充500个左右的词汇。在学习词汇的过程 中，要掌握词的拼读规则，根据规则记忆单词；同时还要根据构词法知识记忆和扩充单词，通过语境理解和记忆单词也是一个最佳学习单词的好方法
目前词汇在中考试题中汉译英的试题越来越少，取而代之的是词汇在语境中的运用考查比重越来越大。
在进入学习英语的初级阶段时，掌握语音知识是学好英语单词的基础，读准英语音素是拼读音标的前提。因此一定要熟练掌握48个音素，要做到会拼读、拼写。有些同学认为中考试题的笔试部分取消了对语音的考查，于是就
其次，要注意训练自己听音、辨音和模仿的能力。课堂上，专心听老师的发音和磁带上的录音，争取当堂学会。对于那些比较拗口的单词、短语或句子，课下一定要挤时间反复模仿，直到读准、读熟为止。
再次，熟练掌握读音规则，培养自己根据读音规则把字母(或字母组合)与读音建立起联系的能力。因为掌握拼读规则对单词的记忆很有好处。为此要经常复习巩固每单元最后一课的“Listen，read and say”和课本附录中的"Pronunciation and spelling”，如果不重视这些内容。我觉得这可是很大的缺撼。如果谁能够熟练掌握它，它可就成为你记忆单词的好帮手了。
说到记忆单词，这可是同学们普遍感到头疼的事。尤其是现行的新教材词汇量扩大了不少，记忆的难度就更大了。记不住单词，学好英语就无从谈起。所以突破单词这一难关非常关键。记忆单词的方法很多。
1.按读音记忆单词。实际上在你看单词时就要顺便看一眼音标，掌握字母及字母组合的读音规律。将所有符合规则的单词归类记忆。如：
①按开、闭音节记忆，掌握元音字母的读音②按字母组合记忆，掌握元音字母组合和辅音字母组合的读音，如：bee, meet, see, keep等等，ee字母组合读/i:/；chair, ch字母组合读/tS / 。　
2.分音节记忆。单词不论长短，如果从第一个字母背到最后一个字母，是很难记忆的。如：information，共11个字母组成，可以把它“大卸八 块”，分音节记忆就会很容易。in-for-ma-tion 
3.音、形、义结合法
背单词将它的音、形、义结合起来，记忆牢固，速度也快。读准它的音，看好它的形，明白它的义，尤其是一词多义，记忆时要提高分辨率。如：orange是个兼类词，作可数名词意思是“桔子”；作形容词意思是“桔色的”；作不可数名词意思是“桔汁”。可读音只有一个/'orindJ/，词形一样。这样有意识地去分辨记忆就容易多了。
4.联想记忆来记单词。它主要包括以下几种形式：
① 对比联想记忆：

同时还可以联想到一些义同形不同的词。如：由cost联想到pay，take和spend，并将这些意义相对、相同或读音相同的词的用法进行比较。 
②归类联想记忆：把所学的单词按照不同的范畴分门别类, 将所学单词合理归类。
只要你多留心，有意识地注意归纳总结，记忆单词和短语不是一件难事。
此外，老师课堂上播放朗读带，不只是单纯地听，而是一边听一边迅速地将其写下来，做到耳、心、手、眼并用。总之，对于那些新近学的单词，要不厌其烦地靠读、写、背等各种途径反复记忆。重复到一定的次数，就会成为长时间的记忆，也就不会遗忘了。
（5）记忆单词还要靠勤奋，抓住零散时间进行记忆。记忆单词时，除了以上方法外还要做到“五到①脑到—背单词时肯定要想着，不能开小差。②眼到—仔细观察单词的写法。③口到—口里要念着单词。④耳到—听着自己的读音。⑤手到—用手在书桌上或纸上写几遍这个单词。不要偷懒，一定要边记边壁划。把各个器官动用起来，相信自己一定能记住更多的单词。
有的同学认为单词的识记真很麻烦。其实并不麻烦。如果你能经常有意识地这样做，时间久了，就会养成习惯。以后每遇到一个词就会不知不觉地去联想。
一位外语专家曾经说过这样一句话：“千个单词至少在你眼前出现二十次才能牢记。”同学们想想看，你所学的单词总共在眼前出现过多少次?这下你也许找到记不住单词的原因了吧?
（6）学好英语做好课前预习和课后复习也是十分重要的。
你应该在每学习一课之前，先进行预习。预习可以提前扫清听课中的障碍。通过预习，就像“火力侦察”，可以发现自己知识上的薄弱环节。在上课前迅速补上这部分知识，这样，在理解新知识时就会很顺利。有的学生听讲效果不好，其中一条主要原因，就是没有搞好预习。课前预习是学生学好新课，取得高效率的学习成果的基础。如果搞不好课前预习，上新课时就会心里没底，听课就会变得被动、难以消化，以致对全部接受新课丧失信心。反之如果做好了课前预习，不仅可以提前扫清听课中的障碍，培养自学的能力，而且可以提高学习新课的兴趣，掌握学习的主动权

This year I have principium learning the Business English.  I found there are very different to FCEAP.  Business English more closed to our specialty.  I am very interesting in it.  Our teacher name is*** XXXX.  He is a very friendliness and humor people.  He guided us to enter into what he has learned about Business English.
 
Business English is a difficulty subject.  Why I feel it’s very difficult?  Because Business English not just a part of English, it have profound culture trait and it embodiment precise criterion to the vivid posture.
 
Business English have included: Business Correspondence, Synopsis of Minutes, Legal Document, Memorandum, Specification, Commercials, Notice, Report, Speech, Agreement or Contract and Bills and Forms.  Business English’s characteristic is give priority to the recite, use word are very in due form, preciseness, criterion and sentential configuration very complex.
 
In all for those I feel Business Correspondence is most difficult.  I think a good Business Correspondence will can deliver oneself of attitude with the appropriate word.  That is needs people have a very large number of spacious and intensive glossary.  Can use the most appropriate word to deliver themselves mean and not let the other side feel disrespect.  English like Chinese there are several words have the same mean.  It make people feel puzzle in use them in the Business Correspondence because if use the wrong words will be make the Business fail.  I often learn the English for Business Studies handouts for ravel out those difficulties.  I think the best way the ravel out those difficulties is more and more read and recite.  As what we have said Business English’s characteristic is give priority to the recite, use word are very in due form, preciseness, criterion and sentential configuration very complex.  Read and recite can help me remember the word usage and sentential configuration.  Dictionary also is very useful in our study.  Electron dictionary is very convenience in our English study but it make use can not understand the word’s mean very comprehensive.  Uses the dictionary can help us exact and rigorous in translate.  Before translate we must read the all article first.  It will help us comprehensive understand the people’s mean in the article.
 
I have afresh the Report mean in the class.  I wrote the report as the speech for a long time.  In fact I feel I do not know the mean by report before this class.  I often do not understand why I lose several mark in my report.  Now I can improve my report form read and imitate several good reports.  After studied those class I begin to read and imitate several good reports and I found my mark begin to hoist.  I also have not studied the Specification before this semester.  Now I can wrote some simple Specification by myself.  Uses the exact and rigorous words are also important in here.  I found the best way to improve people skills in specification.  Some medicaments and plaything have the Chinese and English specification.  You can road the Chinese specification and understand what it mean, and try to expression in English.
 
I think the commercial is the most interesting in all of those courses.  The English commercials often use the colloquial words.  It is succinctness, lifelikeness and with the instigation.  There are several new man-made words, coalition words and ad extra words.  So a nice commercial will be can catch the peoples eye, let people know what it said and remember it.  The good commercial will show a nation’s environment of culture and the nation’s history.  I found some good commercials and remember them.

看没有中文字幕滴原版电影（不同的题材，有不同收获）

PS.根据俺滴十年经验所得
俺角的看原版电影灰常滴重要!
理由如下：
1.人家那纯正的英文口音可不是在中国土生土长的英文老师能够相媲美的
2.在对话当中更需要的其实是——口语式的对话而非书面式的用语，而老师教的往往是书面式的
（因此导致：“您如厕了没？”——我们听的懂；“你拉了没？”——我们就听不懂了）
但生活中我们是用前者问比较多还是用后者问比较多，这个就不言而喻了
而电影对白则是口语话居多
3.其实最有用的莫过于从电影中扩大词汇量，可能一开始习惯不了，但看多了，你会发现，有些词组句子反复出现，慢慢也就记住了
（eg：fuck.bitch.fiancee.fibber)这些词语老师都不太会教吧
